1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Droggo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Droggo. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Droggo only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell questions or content from the Platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the question database.
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users.
  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • All new accounts start on the Free plan by default.
  • Paid plans are purchased for a fixed number of days (1–5 days for the Daily plan).
  • Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
  • If you renew while a subscription is active, the new period begins at the end of your current active period.
  • When a paid subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST).

6. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are activated immediately on payment and provide instant access to the purchased plan. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not generally available once a subscription has been activated. If you believe there has been a payment error or technical issue, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, design, and code — is the property of Droggo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal interview preparation only. No other use is permitted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice on Droggo will result in any specific outcome in interviews or assessments. Question accuracy is maintained to a high standard but errors may occur — use your own judgement when preparing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droggo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, missed opportunities, or errors in content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
